CVA Scout TD 350 Legend. Accuracy and twist rate?
Dec 23, 2019 · My CVA Scout TD .350 Legend has a 20" barrel, minus 1.71" for the chamber, and minus another quarter inch or so for the throat. Basically 18" if rifled bore. I haven't measured with a tight fitting jag yet, but I followed one land for the 18". It makes one full revolution, and nearly 1/4 more.

Mar 10, 2024 · Just talked to Jason Sebo, National Sales Manager BPI / Vice President of Marketing and Sales CVA, and he said the Scouts in .400 Legend are projected for this summer, with the Cascades in .400 Legend later this year. He said that the Scouts in .360 Buckhammer are also projected for mid/late summer this year.

Jul 12, 2019 · It uses pistol boolits and the 350 legend has a designed rifle boolit and one is a hunting round. I talked with Mr Bellm at length about the Max. He is very passionate about it. Maybe if he went with another platform other than single shot rifles. But the 350 legend has an actual big ammo/rifle company pushing theirs. Rifles and ammo.

The Winchester 180 was the most accurate out of her gun (none of them were really bad). Both my dad and a family friend shot a deer woth the 180, and the blood trails left a lot to be desired.

Aug 18, 2019 · Plenty of grumbling on other sites regarding Henry single shot triggers. I have one in 30-30 that misfired both factory and handloaded rounds repeatedly. Trigger was absolutely horrible too...roughly 8 pounds. I sent the rifle back, and it came back still extra heavy and with plenty of creep, but does not misfire now.

May 31, 2021 · I've heard good things about the R9 (not specifically on a 350 legend), but it appears that the low price tag makes for a tough time finding one in stock. One of the key things to good Suppressor performance is volume inside the can. A short can might work good for a 9mm round but will be less effective at doing 350 which had larger gas volume.

They are very light weight, decent trigger plus they look nice. If you don't mind a single shot the CVA in Stainless are very nice and accurate.
