Oct 11, 2024 · This could be a low fluid (6F35 should have a drain and fill about every 35-40k miles, this isn't a full fluid exchange), torque convertor slip or worn plugs (went through this at 67k on our 2.0L) The torque convertor won't set a PCM code till it hits max number, but a good diagnostic tool should be able to read the slip count.

The general consensus is that it is connected with the latest software update and is just some sort of confirmation/glitch that it has now accepted the update. No doubt it will go away after the next update if Ford are aware of it.
