North Carolina father Jeffrey Michael Guida, 40, was shot and killed in front of his three young children by an elderly man following a road rage dispute on Saturday evening.

A father traveling with his three kids was killed when another driver fired multiple shots at their car during “a road rage incident,” according to investigators in North Carolina. The suspect, a 75-year-old man, fled the scene, but was later captured with the help of witnesses, the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
