A road rage incident escalated into a shooting, sending one person to the hospital and another to jail on Tuesday, according to Miami-Dade Police. At about 1:30 p.m. Javiel Polo, 29, and a 61-year-old woman were traveling eastbound on Southwest 88th Street before the fight occurred near 137th Avenue, according to his arrest report.
