The Albany County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in the Town of New Scotland.According to Sheriff Craig D. App

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a crash involving four vehicles. A driver of an Audi e-tron, a woman in her 40s, died at the scene on the A456 in the Wassell Grove area near Hagley, Worcestershire, and Halesowen, Dudley.

Troopers with the highway patrol said they were called around 6:20 p.m. to state Route 73 and Prospect Road in Washington Township.

Preliminary investigation revealed that 31-year-old Frank Blackwell, a five-year deputy veteran, was driving a sheriff's office Chevrolet Tahoe north on U.S. 127. He had his emergency lights and sirens activated while responding to an overdose complaint.
