A man in the East has died following a motorcycle crash in Jacksonville, according to police.The Jacksonville Police Department says they responded to a motorcycle crash around 7:32 p.m. on Gum Branch Road.

Law enforcement officers with the Jacksonville Police Department responded to the scene of a motorcycle crash on Thursday night. During investigation officers deduced that a motorcycle driven by Donovan Holliday was riding southeast on Gum Branch Road when the front of the motorcycle crashed into the rear of a Toyota Highlander.

The Jacksonville Police Department responded to vehicle crash involving a motorcycle Thursday at 7:32 p.m. on Gum Branch Road at White Oak Street. They said one person was taken to Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune to be treated for injuries sustained during the crash.
