He has brown and gray hair and blue eyes. He drives a dark gray 2018 Ford F-150 with a Missouri license plate. The license plate number is 4PDW33.

Thomas P. Rezutek, 72, was last seen at assisted living facility, at 18740 W. Bluemound Road, according to the alert.

Thomas was last seen Friday, October 18 around 12 p.m. at his assisted living facility. He does not have access to a vehicle or a cell phone.

A Silver Alert had been issued in Waukesha County for a man who was last seen at his Brookfield assisted living facility Friday afternoon. He has since been located safe.
