Until recently I lived a short bus ride from the gardens so a Kew pass was great value. I could go anytime so it didn't matter if some areas were closed or it closed early for events. What I especial… Full review by KAW687

We had a fabulous day. School holidays, but not too busy. Much bigger than I had anticipated. The tropical glasshouses were breath-taking. We loved the treetop walkway and art installations inclu… Full review by Chickie063
Hi, I have tickets booked this eve for 8pm Victoria gate for Christmas at Kew. Just wondering if anyone knew if there is any chance of getting in earlier? Or are they strict on time slots? Thanks!

I asked this question last week, go at your allotted time but you can get in the queue a tad earlier if you like as there's always a wait. We usually join the queue 15 minutes beforehand, by the time we get there it's spot on. If you have a special reason then call ahead or email them.
Hi, please could someone let me know how often the land train runs? We would like to do the hop on and off as my mobility is currently not great following an operation. Is it only every hour or is it more frequent please? Thanks

Hi there, we visited inMay and from memory it ran every 20 or 30 minutes. The only potential problem with the hop on/off theory is that most people seem to stay onboard for the whole circuit, so there is just a chance that there won’t be space to hop back on, from the intermediate stops. However, for someone with mobility challenges, I’m sure they driver would try to accommodate. Cheers
I’m taking my mum in a wheelchair to Kew. Will 1 day be enough to see everything or better to split into 2? Thanks

Hi, there are a lot of things you may need to make special plans to see. There is what I think is call the grand something which has a wonderful display of flowers but you would have to walk on grass. Also maybe the Japanese garden and Chinese pagoda is accessed over a well mown grass. If the wheelchair is electrically powered maybe it can go over these paths. Maybe too much to see in one day. Hope this helps.
